What this service does
You tell us your new address and who to notify. We send each of those companies a notice on your behalf, at your instruction, and keep a dated copy.
You are the one giving the notice
We send on your behalf. You confirm each notice before it goes, and you are responsible for the accuracy of what you enter — particularly account numbers.
What we cannot promise
We can prove we sent a notice and when. We cannot make a company act on it, and we are not responsible for what they do or fail to do. If an address we hold for a company is out of date, the notice may not arrive — tell us and we will fix it for everyone.
Adding companies
Company details you contribute are checked before other people see them. Do not add an address you are not confident is correct, and do not use this service to send anything other than a genuine change-of-address notice.
