What we collect

Your name, date of birth, email, mobile, previous and new address, the companies you choose to notify and any account numbers you enter for them. If you choose to, a photo of an identity document.

Why we collect it

To write to the companies you nominate, on your instruction, and to keep dated proof of what was sent. That proof is the point of the service.

Your identity documents

Stored outside the public web directory, readable only through an authenticated request, and every single access is logged. They are attached to a notice only when you switch that on, document by document. You can turn it off at any time.

Who we share it with

Only the companies you select, and only what is needed for them to identify you and update your address. We do not sell your information and we do not use it to market to you.

The shared company directory

When you add a company we do not have, the company's details — its name and contact address — become available to other users. Your personal details never do.

How long we keep it

Records of notices are retained as evidence that the notice was given. If you remove something, it stops appearing in your account, but the underlying record is retained for audit. Ask us and we will tell you exactly what we hold about you.
